It's funny that if the roles were reversed it would be "Filf Eggs and Bread", but is does the Grocery Store pick up ever "really" work?

when im at the grocery store i'm in like a deep concentration planning my meals ect.... i probably would be obliviose to a guy flirting with me so thats probably why its never happened to me

You -can- pick up women at the grocery store - at 1:30am friday night when they come to buy 'take home' alcohol after clubbing. I mean, I've seen it happen.

Well...I neva! And that just pisses me off! I go to the grocery store all the time and have never, ever, once been approached by a man. Hmmmmppphhhh. That just isn't right. I look better than my pics. I smile at everyone that looks my way. I even strike up conversation with people. Siiiiiigggghhhhhh...(uh oh, this will probably be seen as a pity post and get deleted.) I was trying to talk to one of the checkout girls at the local grocery. She said, "Look, we're happy to take your money, but you have to realize that, in order for me to work here, I have to live closer than 897,000 miles to the store, and that means I can't talk to you." Talk about having your worst suspicions confirmed....

scttr, got to watch for us dumb looking befuddled men & help us learn to shop. Then put your phone # in their pocket. Just don't shove your hand in too deep, they might get the wrong idea.
