Sharptons a kneejerk, wannabe president too, who confuses impotent with important, and attempts to ride the wave to that shore on the grief and backs of others. He only helps others if doing so meets his own agenda or needs, picking the battles that give him the best "airtime" to promote them. |

Unfortunately like most humanitarian awards they are givin to a popular name i'm positive theres people out there of certain races that have done more to contribute to society than Sharpton but it is what it is. I think its less about popularity and more about what someone has sacrificed and ACHIEVED for others. Sharpton , although not popular in his technique, has done quite a bit to give attention to people in the past who may have otherwise not recived justice this past year with Treyvon Martin, probably sealed it for him as far as CURRENT events go,,, |
