With good passion there is usually dedication, but there is usually no passion with just dedication...

I thought you asked this before and I answered Dedication.

My viewpoint, and this is going towards an established relationship between a couple, not one just starting out.

If there is just passion and it fizzles out, which it often times does for many relationships, without any sort of dedication it usually either dies right there, or goes into some sort of abysmal state where no one is happy and both are just sort of "there".

If there is dedication to each other, then there is a determination and drive to put and keep passion in the relationship even when things get rough.

It may not work that way for everyone, but I like to think in a perfect world it would at least.

Sorry if I asked before. The forums have been awfully slow these days, so I was just trying to get people chatting.

I think passion is more important, as you're not going to get to the point of needing dedication if there is no passion.

Passionate dedication. To me, a good relationship requires both.

If passion was fleeting, wouldn't you do what you could to keep it going? It's sad when a relationship loses its passion.
