In case anyone reads this (they'll be well into party already/by tomorrow) but I made 10# of spuds into salad. I've got a mixed berry pie in the oven and a peach/pear/apple fusion waiting for it's crumble topping. I gave up on the mini-pies...it was a long day and that darn mold still needs some adjusting. You'll have to have REGULAR delicious pie. Take it or leave it. I'm gonna go put that peach in the oven and take a swim...been slaving over the hot stove and it's TIME! Ciao, "y'all!"
