I do not think I have ever heard
of mayonnaise in tacos. What is the over-riding flavor? |

I guess when you are buzzed anything tastes great.
But if it's Greek where is the cucumber yogurt sauce? |

I guess when you are buzzed anything tastes great. But if it's Greek where is the cucumber yogurt sauce? Spoken like a true Macedonian. It could be in the mayo jar. |

An old friend of mine used to call mayo "the devils' condiment". But what did she know? She was from Texas. If it didn't have hot sauce or salsa on it she wouldn't eat it. |

The Aussies make their own mayo on walkabout.
I got the recipe from an Aussie cookbook. All that was in the mayo was: oil, lemon juice, mustard and egg yolks. Not much devilish in that. But it could account for 'deviled eggs.' I am having a hard time wrapping my taste buds around mayo in tacos. |

Sour cream is common on tacos so I guess mayo is ... similar? |
