the indictment doesn't cover animal cruelty unless it is one of the alternate charges that they have as an option to the jury but the prosecutors are alleging that he did take part in the killing of 8 dogs early this year.

Vicks co-defendent just flipped and pled guilty. Now the NAACP is involved? the only time it becomes a race issue is when a guilty person starts screaming COLOR. I am sorry but i have NO PITY FOR VICKS. Let him spend ALOT OF TIME in federal prison.

Vick's buddies are all gonna throw him under the NFL bus and hit the gas !! They are making deals like all thugs do and they will get very little punishment because they are testifying against Vick and turning State's evidence. He is in big trouble because he financed the whole thing and backed up the bets in case they lost. The judge wants to cut of the head of this snake and his name is Michael Vick.

Michael Vick is a marginal player at best.
He,s not going to be missed that badly this or the following seasons. I don,t know if he,s guilty of these allegations but if so I say throw the book at him. |

Vick is not worth the money that the Falcons paid for him. This is a chance for them to get a re-fund!!Vick is too wishy washy and can't be consistent. Most plays are blown ones with everybody wanting to see him run!! Schaub was better but too late now for him!!

Atlanta will be better without Vick than they were with him. Remember, Atlanta shaped their offense around Vick's "talents". Personally, I've thought he was the most overrated player in NFL history. He was basically a running back who thought he was a QB. They talked about his "arm strength", but that doesn't matter if your accuracy sucks. Good riddance to bad rubbish!!!

Vick was really good at Virginia Tech with the run-around style but he was figured out too quickly by the bigger faster guys in thr pros. A one man show does not work in the pros.

i just read an article that says that the commissioner will announce the suspension of vick for the 2007 season sometime this week or next week.

I believe that there is a rush to judgement, look at what happened last year with the duke rape case.
The man is innocent for now and either the case will fall apart in court or he will be proven guilty as charged. |
