Ice can sure be hard on the trees. Black ice is what I always dread. It is raining here now. Nice calm, soothing, slow drenching and soaking rain. It sure is good for the wells.

Storm in St. Louis last night (Tues). We had tornado watches.
It poured down rain and we needed it. Lots of lightning. My child has a talking stuffed animal - push the hand and it says a prayer. Well, the lightning was so close that the stuffed animal started talking all by itself. Wild. |

we had this storm last night and the lightning were skippers. dashing across the sky in many pieces..it was cool!

Interesting...I have never heard of lightning described as skippers.

We had storms last night in Jefferson City and I live on the 7th floor and it was neat watching the lighting but my poor dao is so scared of storms.... did not sleep much because of her trying to hide under me

we welcome all the states to our Missouri. Hey Lisa I found my man on here. He emailed me and I tried pushing him away and man I glad he would not run. we are hitting it off great. he lives in CO but is going to move to MO to be with me.

Beautiful here in KC today as well. I love fall. We have a beautiful tree where I work that changes color in the fall.
