I couldn't marry a parent. I like to go away on a whim and it would be pain having to get a sitter or you would be restricted on what things you could do with a young child. So, I may sound like a horrible person but I have no wish to do family-orientated events. Sounds rather boring to me.

GUYS, can you marry a single parent, or a Widower? As men are single parents also, if I were to marry, it wouldn't bother me whether he was a single person or a widower. I do have a slight contradiction though..it would bother me more if a guy had multiple children from a number of different women.

GUYS, can you marry a single parent, or a Widower? It totally depends on the situation. I actually love taking care of kids, as long as its at my whim, and not an ongoing commitment. There are more important factors for me than whether or not she has a child.

as a single parent, single parents are actually a preference of mine sometimes it takes a single parent to understand and respect what it involves and to truly partner in parenting together,,,

I am a single parent of 2 young children who both live with me, so yeah I would have no problems if she had no problems.

I couldn't date someone who's a parent. Especially when they have teenagers.

GUYS, can you marry a single parent, or a Widower? I'd PREFER to date/possibly marry somebody who doesn't have kids, but realistically speaking, at my age that would make for a REALLY shallow dating pool.....

I have been a single mom for 8 years. My youngest is now 18. I would date someone with kids.

I dont know about widowed, I am sketchy about that sort of thing, but i would and am dating a parent. Also I am a parent.
