Just want to ask all the ladies, what is it that makes you feel like a woman?

A great pair of heels? A perfumed bubble bath and painting your nails? Being whistled at? Sex? Your curves? Being told what a great woman you are? A makeover? Your little black dress? Being a mother? (etc, etc, and so on)

How often do you really 'feel' like a woman?

motherhood.whenever i luk at my son i feel proud as a woman nd wen a man admires or compliments my look.

the knowledge that I sit down to pee and that I am not a man....most of the things listed in the OP are things that make me feel feminine though. Sex and being with a man in general make me feel very feminine - particularly when it is a positive experience

Hmmmm....a lot of things make me feel like a woman. Dressing up in a nice dress and heels, putting on lipstick and mascara, going to get my hair done. Hugging my child and kissing his or her forehead as I tuck them into bed, hugging them as they cry and putting a bandaid on whatever part of their body they scraped, watching my kids faces as they sit around the table eating a meal I've made them...lots of things. ;)

But I'll tell ya the one very small thing that makes me feel like a woman. When I'm out in public with the man in my life and he puts his hand on the small of my back for whatever reason, be it to gently guide me around someone, to keep me from running into something, or simply to connect with me. Because that is the moment where I'm reminded that even though I'm a strong woman, to him I'm something precious to protect. And I love that.

Hey Betts....Pretty dog!!! I used to have a Golden retriever...they are the most loving dogs of all!!

I would have to agree with this as well as getting dressed to go out, putting on makeup - not that I wear that much anymore though , sytling my hair, putting on nail varnish...

I've got a great pair of heels, I take perfumed bubble baths, paint my nails and have curves, but I still don't feel like a woman.

I haven't taken a bubble bath in a long time, but I do have the yummiest smelling soap from Lush. It makes me feel all girly.

I rarely "feel like a woman".... I'm such a jeans and tshirt person, i dont wear make-up. I work with dogs, so my general hair style is just a pony-tail or bun.

What makes me feel like a woman is when i have "pamper myself" days... where i go get my hair and nails done... and i dig thru my closet and pull out girly clothes that have only ever been worn once (if that) and going out and making the guys drool... haha.... but again, those days are rare...
