Yeah, I guess you do need the "site granny" to keep you "younguns" out of the trouble. Will see what happens. If things work out, and I can unload this friggin house and get things worked out, I will be there with bells on, (well actually a whole lot more than bells) but would love to come. Would be a 13 or 14 hour drive, so not too bad from here.
