He is 10 years younger than me but light years more mature than a lot of guys my age and older. I never thought I would go for younger guys but I keep meeting AMAZING 30 somethings. If the guy is 35 I don't think of it as cougaring, even if the woman is 60.

No, I don't think a 10 years is being a cougar. I personally wouldn't go younger than 10; after that it would feel like I was a cougar but I think most think a 20 year difference would be cougaring. I guess it depends on what each person considers what age difference would make you a cougar.

On your original post, my understanding of a Cougar is that they target younger men and they pay everything for their younger men (clothes, meals, cars, ect). It is also my understanding that the younger men are way younger, not just 10 years or so.
