ONLY by Being Indwelt by The Holy Spirit ,are we

able to Truly See and Understand the Truth of God's Word.

No other way.

All the explaining in the world won't help anyone to see...until

one's spiritual eyes are opened.

That is why I will not be correcting you on here any more.

I agree totally with you MorningSong. But no need to stop discussing on here, it's quite delightful to me. No need to get offended or anything of such MorningSong.

I find it very peculiar that you only say I'm wrong, that you do not believe the holy spirit to dwell inside of me, but you don't usually "correct" me. In this instance for example.

Please do enlighten us MorningSong. If Jesus and the father are one in the same being exact, and or if Jesus in particular is not our God, explain the verses mentioned and how Jesus only says his father.

And explain how Jesus is referred to as our "everlasting father", and yet he calls another being father.

Christians believe Jesus is God,because The Father and Jesus, and

the Holy Spirit are 3 persons IN ONE GOD ...and all 3 persons

are equally God .

There is JUST ONE GOD. (ONE SUPREME BEING OR ENTITY).

But Cowboy, When you say Jesus is "Our God" ,you believe Jesus is an

entirely separate entity from the Father(and not just a separate

person as Christians believe) .

You believe Jesus ONLY is "OUR God" over us,and you beleive God

The Father is just Jesus's God (and another entity from Jesus).

And I am not sure what you believe about The Holy Spirit .

All false ....this belief of yours...and all unbiblical...yet you

insist on teaching a false gospel on here...even after the

numerous times that you have been told by Christians ,that your

teaching is incorrect and unbiblical.

So be it.

Again, only by being Indwelt by the Holy Spirit, is one able to

know and recognize Truth from Error.

No other way.

This will be my last post now on the subject.

As I said,If you post error from here on,I will not correct you anymore.

You have already been told now.

And all your questions have already been answered ... numerous times before.

Jesus and God the Father are one God. But separate entities. For again it specifically states that in the beginning was the word, and the word was with God.

John 1

1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Nothing I teach is unbiblical, EVERYTHING I state is backed by verses as I usually include the supporting verses, which are not taken out of context.

Again, if and when I am wrong why not correct me? All you do is say I'm wrong, but you don't show me where or why. And the few occasions you have, I then respond back supporting my views, which you then stop discussing. You either leave it at that or say things like in this post where you state that I am wrong, I do not have the Holy Spirit dwelling in me, ect. But you do not SHOW me where I am wrong.

It's actually an oxymoron with the way you "discuss" on here. You say what I say is unbiblical, yet you continuosly judge my relationship with God, which is definitely unbiblical "judge not less ye be judged..."

Don't get me wrong, again I'm not saying I know it all, or have it perfect. But if I am wrong SHOW me where, show me where as in show the verses that say I am wrong.

Cowboy I have heard it taught this way...Trinity...

I do find myself feeling somewhat confused about what the "TRUTH" is. Or which version anyway. So this is the clearest form in which I have heard.

This is what mainstream christianity believes for the most part...

There have been many attempts to explain the “Trinity’” the relationship between God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

I think the illustration that represents the “Trinity”* most accurately is the egg example.
The yolk represents God’s “Person,” His Being, and His Holiness which is Light that no man can approach (I Timothy 6:16).
The egg white represents God’s Spirit. Because God’s Person is unapproachable, the Spirit “White” acts as insulation, for we know that it is through the Holy Spirit that God can communicate, speak through and interact with mankind. A good example would be an electrical cord. We can touch the cord, but not the power it is insulating.
The egg shell is the image of the yolk and the white. Jesus’ Person is the image of God’s Person (Hebrews 1:3), and the Invisible Spirit of the Father that is in Him - “God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself” (II Corinthians 5:19). This is why Jesus said, “He who has seen Me, has seen the Father” (John 14:9).
The white of an egg is the connection between the yolk and the shell. Jesus’ Person is joined to the Father by the Father’s Holy Spirit, because God’s Spirit is also Jesus’ Spirit - "But you are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if any man has not the Spirit of Christ, he is not His" (Romans 8:9). – “I and My Father are One” (John 10:30). In Jesus “dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily” (Colossians 2:9)
It is a grammatical fact that the Holy Spirit is rendered in the neuter in the Greek language of the New Testament. “The Spirit itself bears witness…”(Romans 8:16). In humans, our spirits are designed to operate with and be united to the soul which is the person of anyone and so it is with our Egg. The Spirit white is connected to Jesus’ Person – “I will come to you” (John 14:18) and the Father’s Person, “We will come to him and make our abode with him” (John 14:23).
It is the Father’s desire to join His Spirit with all of us as well for He has said – “They shall be My sons and daughters” (II Corinthians 6:18). In order to accomplish this union with God and man, He allowed His Shell to be broken with the weight of our sins to cleanse our souls so His holiness can approach, for God cannot look upon sin (Habakkuk 1:13). Through the brokenness of the Shell, His Son, the Spirit white pours out into our beings through our faith in what was done and believers are joined with the yolk, for it is by One Spirit we have access to God the Father (Ephesians 2:18).
Now God can be in you by His Spirit! You are an egg! - well, sort of. But you cannot be broken when your faith is in Jesus, for the Spirit of the Son that lives in us and gives us the voice through which we cry “Abba, Father,” (Galatians 4:6,) this Spirit of the Father that dwells within you is there to strengthen, protect and guard your person. And when the time comes when death is allowed to crack your shell in its final hour and your believing soul is released; the Spirit of God that holds you will carry you in His arms to your heavenly home because –“ In My Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there you may be also” (John14:2, 3).
It is a miraculous invention, the egg. This little child cannot look at one without experiencing a profound sense of wonderment and awe.

*The word “Trinity” that is used today to describe God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit was first introduced at Clement of Alexandria’s school of theology in Alexandria Egypt near the end of the second century and that is why it is not found in the Bible. The word is derived from a Latin word which means tri-unity.

Very very very good way of explaining it. I believe similar to what you state here. Note in your example of the egg, The yoke, the whites, and the shell are specifically 3 separate things, they are not one with one another in that exact sense. But yet they remain one thing, an egg.

Same with God. Jesus and the father are one, but they are not one entity, same one being. Jesus and the Holy spirit are one, but not one being, one entity, ect. But they are one God. They are one authority over us, they are one leadership, ect. They have the same will, the same desire, the expectations, ect. But nevertheless they remain a "they".

That is why we worship one "God" when it speaks of three.

So here's the deal. My whole life I've been a christian. I believe in God and that Jesus is the messaiah.

I tried out a ton of churches but none fit me just right. So I don't really go.
I'm torn because a lot of what is 'perceived' to be in the bible I don't agree with.
Anyway people always ask what kind of christian I am, and I have no idea. I really don't

In essence I believe.
-God loves us and has a plan
- Does not control every single thing we do
-Always answers prayers just not always in the way you want.
-God loves EVERYONE regardless of ...anything. His love isn't conditional.
-Jesus is our savior.

Romans 10:13
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

please help! This confusion is driving me mad. :(
