which is more acceptable unto God, giving tithes and offerings to a pastor or giving alms to the needy, destitutes, and less priviledged?

I believe they are equally acceptable as long as you are doing it in faith and in his name

They can have the same acceptability. God even accepts credit. I try to give credit where credit is due. Render unto Caesar what is Caesar's and render unto God what is God's.
