It would depend on the situation really, as you hear of so many stories regarding this topic, well in Ireland any ways it's a big thing. So many woman have been robbed and lied to. I don't mean to paint everyone with the same brush but still can't help but feel a extremely skeptic.

since Im not having anymore kids, I guess nationality doesnt matter...lol they would have to have a culture with values and child rearing beliefs that match my own though,,, IF I were to have kids, ID only marry a born citizen so my children would be able to be told the dream about how they can be president someday if they want to,, like everyone else has told their kids,,,lol

I did. Canadian, so cultures pretty much in sync except for metrics and death penalty. It complicates decisions that should be made NOT under duress because of immigration rules. I guess this wouldn't apply if they were here already under their own steam. Upside is that if it goes south you can call immigration for help. Favorite saying "be nice or I'm calling ICE"
