I have a multi-track app on this iPod. Not sure what kind of sound it'll put out, but I can give your bathroom idea a shot and send you a sample. : )

Will you please, teach me? 1) open up the youtube song (karaoke track) and your multitrack recording software 2) set the software's recording source to record what sounds are playing through the sound card 3) start recording with the recording software 4) begin playing the track you want to record. 5) stop recording at the end of the song woila! You're ready to set up another track to record voice, etc. |

I primarily use Record Producer Pro, but there are a lot of others out there, like Sony Acid Music Studio-which I use on certain occasions. |

btw, I almost forgot-there's a youtube downloader called Basic YTD http://www.youtubedownloadersite.com/ But you're going to have to record the track on your multitrack software anyway, so that's optional.

Hey yeah, I'm really ghetto with my stuff. I just do a search on YT and sing off of those and tape it off my phonecam and transfer the mp3s to a video and make it with a pic or whatever. You got a webcam right? Well I do but mine really horrible, one of these days I'm getting a proper mic for all this recording, hearing it back REALLY hurts my ears. I'd use your cam for the recording part, I think it should be fine. |

Haha, anything for that natural reverb since I can't yet afford to get the professional one. I will though. :) |

Realplayer has a converter thing that rips every kind of video off sites like youtube, once you download it, it should install that little real icon in the right corner of the video, click on that and it rips it off easily. I do video editing and pretty good at converting mp3 to wmv to avi or if I need to combine I just use the movie maker and all that stuff. This is now what I'm doing at my channel. Trying to do the fandubing until I can get a new cam to record myself singing. Its kinda fun but super nerdy. lol |
