A bit ago, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. I always had stomach issues, but I had no idea that it was from the large amount of gluten and carbs I ate.
My diet consisted of, a lot of rice, pasta, tortillas, bread.. etc.
I've tried different gluten free recipes, and even a few gluten free baking mixes. (I love baking), but I have yet to find one that tastes decent. I was wondering if anyone knows of any gluten free products or recipes that doesn't taste too terribly bad.

Edit: Celiac disease is an intolerance of gluten.

On 'The View' Elisabeth Hasselbeck was cooking
gluten-free for the other panelists.
Looked freaking delicious, and they all loved
it.
That is a website, explaining the diet.
Might help :-)

Thank you! I will check it out. I love to cook. Gluten free eating and cooking just seems to be difficult.

I dunno, there are a LOT of gluten-free
products on the store shelves now.

I would think, once you find a flour
replacement, you could remake just
about any food you used to make.

No. :( I can't have rice which is gluten free.. but I was tested on a lot of various foods, and that was another one I'm intolerant too. So rice flour is out. :(

You start by pre-heating the bedroom.
Next turn the lights low.
Third. Plop me on your bed.
Fourth. Have lots of me. :D

I'm gluten free baby. :D
