Hope and Fear
Inter spem et metum And so it began The analogy of a heart… This star was born Though, I speak not of myself Although the path is irrelevant There is an end Something that must be seen When the star became lost A memory is gained But there in it Rests the atrocity It becomes a thought A thought not deserving For a star to be remembered A tarnished moment in history Lifetime of being by your side Yet I’m stuck in that instant When life became a tragedy And I forgot to laugh Inter spem et metum… Trapped in place It is neither here nor there Dedicated to destroying the peace Indecisive between which to trust It’s been five days of rain Yet I still see the sun Peeking its head out Hidden behind the clouds With a horizon that never glows With a mentality Stuck between two choices Just blending with the shadows Forever trapped in fear Or find my way into The blinding light of hope 01.09.12 -fin |

Very wonderful, as always. So inspiring. Never give up your writing. If there is one thing in this world that we are lacking, it is writers, writers who actually know the language and can make it flow
