Good for you my man! Not everyone can do it. Got my respect. Personally, I ain't quitting. Eat right, exersize, don't drink or smoke........die anyway.

Congrats!! Just take it 1 day at a time. You will be tempted , just fight the urge , call upon your inner self , higher power or just the thought of "HOW MUCH $$$$$ YOU'RE SAVING" I've been clean this time 2 years now, still get the urge, but have my own motivator, see last line above.

I use an electronic cigarette. No smoke, tar, carbon monoxide just water vapor. Wonderful! How'd you do it?

I don't see that as quitting. My daughter bought me one and it's still a crutch in my opinion. I'm going to do it cold turkey and hopefully this time will be my last time quitting.
