Shoot, you want me to remember what play? I went to lots with my grandmother. We saw: Guys and Dolls, with Meridith Baxter-Burney, David Burney. Fiddler on the Roof, with Pia Zadora. West Side Story. Those are just some I can remember. It was over 38 years ago. I lived with my Grandmother for a while in New Mexico and she used to take me to plays, too! We saw Pirates of Penzance, The King and I and....can't remember anymore. I really enjoyed those times with her. |

Sounds like it was a lot of fun though. I've seen Guys and Dolls, Annie & West Side Story. I also hope to see The Addams Family musical this year. Theater rocks!! I've seen Les Miserables, Phantom, Buddy Holly, Cats, Stomp, Chicago, and Grease....also lots of local stuff, we have a small, live theater right here in Crossville!! |

kartagane, that is so cute and funny! I always vowed I would never put my children in goofy outfits for pictures. But, then one year my mother-in-law made Christmas dresses for my daughters and they were these hideous, huge, blue and gold puffy things. Well, of course, I had to take them to get their pictures done. Almost all of my childhood pictures were of me in goofy outfits. I think that was the whole purpose behind their invention, to torment people later on in life trying to explain how it was not their fault they were forced to wear them and have their pictures taken. |

We have Theatre Under the Stars here, as well as a few other performance art groups as well. I have not attended any in a couple of years, and honestly the last one was awful, and is the main reason I have not attempted to go lately. |

I lived with my Grandmother for a while in New Mexico and she used to take me to plays, too! We saw Pirates of Penzance, The King and I and....can't remember anymore. I really enjoyed those times with her. My uncle owned a Smorgasbord, and the local theatre, Packard Music Hall, with the Kenley Players, would come after the shows and have dinner. My uncle would advertise in the handbill and give a discount to the actors. In return he got season tickets to all the plays. So when my parents sent me to stay with grandma during the summers, I would go with her. God its been a long time since I thought about this, but she used to park at the furthest end of the parking lots right next to this other season ticket holder. His car was a funeral home hurse, (sp). LOL She was kind of proud of that fact. LOL |

Yeah, agree...And whats with all those naked baby photos??!!! Really mom? No naked baby pics here. Just the naked last week pics that will be used as evidence in my court case. I do think I have one though of me in a little blue outfit as a baby, and then one horrendous one of me in elementary school that I would love to forget about. |

That's a shame...Our little theater has good local and imported plays and musicals...I saw Patsy Cline there and it was outstanding....I think it was Johnny's Cash's niece who played Patsy...she had an awesome voice! |

Oh the play was nice enough, it was the company that ruined it. I've never been so ashamed in all my life.
Are you talking about Kellye Cash who also won Miss America? She was Johnny's great niece if I remember right. |

Yes!! And she is still beautiful!! She has put out a couple of albums as well I believe. Mostly Christian music from what I understand. |

Artgurl, you've got the Pat Benatar look going there. You're still beautiful! haha thanks Ruth I just got my first 'real' job out of college ... it needed a new look but this was a pretty drastic change. I can't get over the huge shoulder pads of the 80's and the sloppy clothes that had no shape |

This is me about 16 years ago. I was on a cruise in the Bahamas. The man is a Brazilian dancer who performed the most amazing dance for entertainment aboard the ship. I asked to meet him and get my picture taken with him so I could show it to my family as if I had met this awesome guy on this cruise. Unfortunately he had a girlfriend who was also with him. (Damn) Or I would have helped him get a green card and eloped with him. He was so awesome.
My hair is in corn rows. I had it done on the islands. One dollar per braid. |

I played the widow in The Taming of the Shrew. And also I was the main understudy for Titania in A Mid-Summer Night's Dream. I also have some photos from high school ballet concert. I was SO thin then. Even at 5'7" I was around 120lbs but I looked MUCH thinner. It was the Romeo and Juliet number. I had SO much fun! It was called "The Concert of Love." I have it somewhere, the video too. |
