So I am stuck on the 101 N thinking if I was on a motorcycle, I could be lane sharing and would be there by now. On the way home, I decided SCREW WAITING FOR THE GUY WITH A BIKE, I AM GOING TO GO GET MY LEARNER'S PERMIT STUDY MATERIAL AND STOP BY CAL COAST AND LOOK AT BIKES. So I did hence the photo. I can get into a decent bike with a biotch seat for MY BOYFRIEND for under $5000 for a decent entry level bike. SO I AM GOING FOR IT. And the saleman said if I finish the motorcycle safety course, he will take the price of the course off the motorcycle.

ALSO HINT LADIES,DO WHAT I JUST DID AND THE GUYS AT THE MOTORCYCLE PLACE THINK YOU ARE INCREDIBLY HOT!!!

Why are you worried? Do you plan on riding on my biotch seat? LOL. And my sister rides a Harley Tourist and does fine and it's a much bigger bike.

I rode for years and did several cross country trips.
Also did some racing in the dirt.

Riding a motorcycle is not the same as riding a bicycle with motor.

It's not you you have to worry about, it's the idiots driving four wheels. You can get into a lot a trouble real quick.

I lot of people think the same thing, take the course, buy a bike ... and then want something different. There are a LOT of good used bikes out there with low mileage, perfect condition, and for half the price. Buy a good used bike, decide what you really want, then you can dump your used bike for close to what you paid for it. The proper bike to learn on is usually smaller than the proper bike to take on the highway. That is why so many of us end up with Harleys and other bigger bikes.

My sister road bikes all her life. Here is a close up of a portrait I did. Her and her hubby just recently sold their bikes. They rode into their 60's. They only then decided it was too dangerous. My sister had a couple of really close calls that would have killed her.

I rode BMX motorcycles illegally through the hills of Canyon Country as a teenager. Yes, I am aware it's often the people who don't see you. But I drive a very tiny car now and am often not seen. I do not want to live my life in fear. My mother is going to freak as I am the favorite but oh well. I am 41 years old. When I ride with friends, I always wear protection and everything. I am not one of those dumb California girls in the mini-skirt, tank top and flip flops. I am taking the safety courses and all that. When I was NRA trained, people freaked out. When I took full blown martial arts and was all bruised, people freaked out. When I body surfed people freaked. I did quit body surfing after getting injured. You can get taken out by a drunk driver on your own sidewalk while taking the mail out of the mailbox.

Pls do take it easy, a car has a metal cover that protects yr body,
u sit with comfort when in a car.
But when riding a bike yr body(flesh) is the bike protector,
so u gat to be careful
