Down,,depressed,,no-one cares,,no-one loves you.
Sad,,thinking and feeling like life is unfair, untrue.
Why me,,why am I feeling all this pain, this life is hell.
Everyone hates me,,,I just want to live and be well.

OK...

Then DO that! Be THAT which you want to be.
Your not paralized and deaf, or Blind to see.
Make life HAPPEN,,,Not wait for IT to change.
Life IS CRUEL, LIVING IS FILLED WITH PAIN.
But YOU don't have to make it YOUR daily STRAIN.
See the beauty in a tree,,or watch a bird fly high.
Its all IN YOU to wonder and ask WHY.
But its all in you to REALLY TRY!
Don't just THINK IT,,,MAKE IT!
Change your days---change your ways.
Change the things in you that YOU don't like.
Instead of taking that long walk, GET A BIKE.
There's no-0ne to make you better but YOU.
BUT YOU have to DO IT and FOLLOW IT THROUGH..
its so easy to GIVE-UP,,and GIVE-IN.
But IF you do THAT,,ITS YOU who will NEVER WIN!
View your next day,,the night before, as you fall asleep.
SEE that new YOU waking-up and rising to your NEW FEET
Change doesn't just HAPPEN in one night or day.
YOU have to work on YOU,,EVERYDAY.
LOOK IN THE MIRROR,,,SEE YOUR FACE,,
NOW SMILE, and KEEP IT IN THAT PLACE.
KNOW YOUR IMPORTANT, KNOW YOU CAN BE.
Just as COOL and STRONG as everyone you see.
Make the New Year, a NEW YOU!!
Change what time you eat, or where? change what you wear.
make it stand out, make the new you APPEAR!


And KNOW THIS,,from my HEART to YOU..
I CARE ABOUT YOU,,and I am HERE for you.
YOUR NEVER ALONE,,God's always HERE.
And He will help YOUR new YOU,,BE THERE.
BELIEVE IN YOU and LOVE WHO YOU ARE
And NOTHING or NO-ONE can make you FEEL DOWN.
You have God and friends to help you, all around..
