I am soaking pieces of round wood, sorta like broom handles, because I can heat them up in the oven when they get thoroughly soaked, then make wooden bicycle rims out of them, coz I heard that long-ago cut untreated wood bends and does not break if you make them wet through-and-through and heat them. I'll let you know tomorrow how it worked out. |
