I don't know if posting in the UK section really works. I've been a member for a couple of months now and there seems to be very little activity on the UK threads. That being said, I suspect that there are more members lurking than using the forums.

Me. The UK forums are rather quiet aren't they.

Just browsing through here and yeah, it does seem rather barren.

I question how many of the accounts held on mingle2 are in any way active...

I think people are simply not interested in forums. If there were some good topics it would encourage more to join in. What people don't probably realise is you can tell a lot about a person from their forum posts (good points and bad points) but this UK forum is really quiet isn't it.

Havent been on mingle much joined in december so far had mail of one guy i liked he stopped messaging i realy need use the site more good luck in what your looking for

I think I’m starting to get the hang of this now...it is true, the more you post - the more visible you are and the more interest you generate...even if they are not all from guys in the UK.

I have had quite a few profile views from UK based lurker’s..sorry I meant members.

Although I haven’t met anyone yet, I have had a few emails/nudges and exchanged numbers with a few UK guys from here.

I'm also really enjoying the site and the people...the pace i.e. not working in the same way of traditional dating sites tends to weed out most of the serial shaggers so it's all good in my eyes.

I think this may sum up why i use the main international forums, and not the UK one very much. lol. There are many topics of much interest in the main forums. In the UK forum, it seems they don't like to talk much. I think they (uk peeps) prefer the wham-bam-thankyou-mam, and then they basically dissapear. Oh wells, each to their own xD
