I came up with the crayon question because when my older brother was in elementary school. He drew a family portrait in crayons. Everyone was brown EXCEPT my mom who has the lightest complexion. He used ORANGE to identify her instead.

Crayon -- that orangey bronze metallic color that all of a sudden there are 40 billion cars that color, but I really like it. I want to get shoes that color but there AREN'T ANY.

Light bulb -- that light green, almost pseudo-yellow color they're making all the traffic signs now. It actually makes your eyes hurt if you look at it too much. I don't think I'd want to get shoes that color, but I do have a shirt in that color (and it has little blue trees on it), but it is so garish I have never worn it except when playing in a band, where that sort of thing is somehow acceptable.
