       It is the VETERN, not the preacher, who has given us freedom of religion. It is the VETERN, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the VETERN, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the VETERN, not the campus organizer, who has give us freedom to assemble.. It is the VETERN, not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. It is the VETERN, not the politician, who has given us the right to vote. To all of our Veterns: Thank you for fighting, so that I may have freedom!  I want you to know, how very much, it means to me.  I will always remember, and love you.

A Prayer for Courage Lord, I ask for courage. Courage to face and conquer my own fears.... Courage to take me where others will not go. I ask for strength... Strength of body to protect others.. Strength of spirit to lead others. I ask for dedication... Dedication to my job, to do it well... Dedication to my country, to keep it safe. Give me Lord, concern... For those who trust me and compassion for those who need me. And please Lord..... Through it all lord, be at my side. If you know someone who is at war, or are a soldier yourself, we invite you to say a prayer below. By doing so, the entire Prayers For Special Help community will be able to pray with you. God Bless. God our Father, Help me to remain true to my ideals during my service to my country. Help me be what is in America, the land of the free. May I realize that I represent what our country stands for. My brother and his wife are in Manila Philippians today to visit his father's grave at the American Veterans Cemetery there. It will be the first time anyone from the States has visited the grave,since he was killed in the Luzon. They had a special celebration there today honoring the fallen Hero's.
