Snow blower? Yup, perved you, you are up where you really catch the snow. I think I have another e-pal your way. I should go into matchmaking seems everyone is on the wrong sites. We, Luv is in same territory, are below the snow line. I can loom a lot of hats to send up lol. Your profile makes me feel like a slacker. I probably should lift some weights rather than hooks then maybe my butt would not look like the titanic. Have a machine at out clubhouse but don't know enough not to hurt myself. Good Morning all Just getting tired of spending hours shoveling. Could use my time more wisely actually. The nice thing is I just got a garage built so no more brushing off the car or pluggin it in; or scraping the windshield. If you do start with weights; do some light free weights. I found its been great for weight loss and strengthening my body. Was in a nasty car accident in 2003 and didn't walk properly until 2007. Had bad back, neck, and knee injuries. Lifting weights and cycling have done me wonders. Sure hope you consider trying it. Yea I know about that physical terriorist stuff. Glad it seems you are doing so well. I have a couple small weights I just need to get back in the groove and then probably get a coach to give me a few pointers; maybe join the YWCA again. Pulling on my elderly Dad is not going to be well rounded enough work out for sure. I got a barn for all my crafts studio instead of the car but have a covered driveway so I didn't have the same issue you do. Do like the DIY projects. Know what you mean about the no time thing. Thought it would get better when I retired but now just more people trying to put demands on my time. I just have one of my bedrooms for my sewing/crafts room. Haven't spent much time down there as just too busy trying to finish off the outdoor renos. Never is enough time between work, school, teaching, and playing in a band but I slowly manage to get things done. Run lots of errands on my lunch hours so it saves me some time. I like the DIY projects too. My finest work was putting in my new kitchen and new flooring. Although my deck and steps turned out great too. A coach sounds like a good idea. Me; I just googled the info and went on my own but I have always worked out before but not with weights. Found I quite enjoy it. |

One of my favorite things to do. Go to the 99 cents store, and continually ask the employees, how much everything cost... and when they say "99 cents", go "WOW, no way, are you kidding me?!?!?".  ........ so its on and crackin today!
