I need to ask a serious question, I'm very comfortable with my sexuality and so, I tend to forget that it can be offensive to others. So my question is, when I come in a room and play, do you find it offensive ? and if so, I VERY!!! humbly apologize.

Not at all, just be yourself.

why apologize?
that seems like you're apologizing for being a lesbian. if people are offended by it, oh ****ing well. |
|

Pfffft.
Has no effect whatsoever. We are all people first, minglers second. Preferences are like, 72nd. |

I know it may not seem like it from some of the things I post and my profile but I am a VERY!!! shy, humble, polite person and I don't like to offend others.

If your sexual orientation offends anyone,
I think it is their issue, not yours. They can work it out with those in the Religion or Political forums. So everyone knows exactly how they feel about anyone who is not them. And we don't have to watch intolerance. Enjoy yourself :-) |

So be who you are Girl!! If they don't like then they can leave. Its the way you were made (And before anyone starts up with GOD does not make gay people--think before you open your mouth PLEASE NOONE would pick a lifestyle with THAT much stigma) I am proud to call my gay and bi friends FRIEND> |

But serious I have a sister who is gay. I love her with all my heart. She respects my views and I respect her. No one has a heaven or hell for anyone. We only have to answer to one person I believe. You seem like a nice person, no need to apologize. |

I'm not offended by... well... much of anything... from what i understand, tho, people dont get offended with you playing the games in some of the forums... they get offended by you skipping over people and not following how the games are supposed to be played...

I have no idea what you're even apologizing for, as I haven't seen you say anything offensive.
Keep in mind that some people here can be very sensitive and will get offended by things that shouldn't matter. They may get mad at you, but it happens to all of us. Don't change the way you post just because someone may have taken something the wrong way. |

This photo was taken just after I retired. So cool NYPD. very respectable. I'm a corporal in the county jail (so far 16 years). And I still got ya back if you need it. Although knowing that now, I really don;t think you'd need it |

Jackie, just get the old corrections attitude back, like you get at shower time. Don;t sweat them and their small minded ideas.
And Rikers? WOW, you would laugh at my little county lockup (well not little count is around 1450) |
