He says they outclass them. Is this true? Hi Soufie, apologies for the delayed reponse - I've been replying to other threads since joining Mingle but didn't think to check my own  .. I'm in London and have never been to Liverpool but I did have a black female friend who was born there...I don't think that is true - as far as I know black gals (and black people) are part of 'the locals' too I'm a born and bred Londoner and I definitely date the locals
