I would just like ...not to be taken advantage of. I would like people to do their jobs that they get paid for, tell the truth & be able to say...oh, ****, I messed up, I'm sorry.

My head is CRAMMED with the schitt that people didn't finish or didn't do what they were hired to do. I'm tired of taking the fall for bosses that won't listen to simple minded requests. CAse In Point....My bus route this year is CRAMMED. I went to the boss to tell her that IT WON'T WORK! She says to just go with it . So...I go with it and get the the last school 45 MINUTES LATE!...meanwhile, I have LIVID parents. So...she changes a couple schools. Takes away 6 students...gives me 4. I tell her, I don't see how that is going to help...it won't work, in my opinion. Again...she says just go with it. So...I rewrite my route, call all the parents <mind you...these are Special Education Students>. Needless to say, they were MORE LIVID. So now....she's getting calls from parents, the Superintendent, the Special Ed Director...AND Board Members. So....she brings me in her office and we go over the route stop by stop and change a few. She writes down the new times. I tell her that I WILL NOT DO THE CALLING THIS TIME. She says ok. So, I figure that I will give the parents a new time as I was dropping them off, so when my boss called maybe they would have a chance to settle down some. BUT...........NEXT DAY as I'm doing, now my AGAIN, NEW ROUTE...She comes on the radio and asks me if I got the note on the board to do the same as before. There was NO NOTE ON THE BOARD WHEN I LEFT THE BUILDING. I thought maybe I missed it and asked my bus aide if she saw anything. She said no, there was nothing on the board. Now...word is that these parents are going to the next Board Meeting and going to raise heck about this whole mess.
