how do u get through heartbreaks? To avoide frustration,dont keep expectation. The best way to get through-just do meditation.

It takes time positively think of it as ur looking 4 ur favorite flower and u gota go thru and pull all the weeds outa ur way 2 get it also u could think he the wrong guy and he was just a learning experience of what 2 avoid the next time bringin u closer 2 the one meant 4 u best wishes:-)

The first thing is determination. Cry a lot and then watch empowering movies. By empowering I mean movies where women move on and leave men behind. They are hard to find. I know because I searched for them. Or, movies with bad a** women. Don’t watch love stories. Just keep yourself busy, chill out with friends and laugh lol :) Leave your heart aches behind and learn to let go of it, but never forget what it taught you –hugs-. There's a better someone waiting for you out there, so cmon' gurl get yourself ready and go for a disco tonight :)
