Topic: Getting checked out | |
---|---|
You’re walking on the street or you’re somewhere public and you get checked out. The guy keeps looking at you and won’t stop looking even though you’re not smiling. How do you feel? This happens a lot, but I don't stress over it. It's out of my control. So they can look all they want. |

I took this picture after getting ready for my big date with ManO. He still hasn't picked me up. I've f**ked uglier. That is a Polish compliment. :) |

To me some stares are totally flattering, especially if it's followed by a smile (by me or/and him), greeting, or conversation. Some stares that go on for too long is not pleasant at all. In one of many instances I was leaving my house to get in to my car and the guy who was painting my downstairs neighbors window stopped his work and just stared at me. I said hi and he didn't respond back. I said hi again and nothing. I went in my car and saw he was still staring. I got out of my car and asked him if he needed something and he said no and went inside my neighbors house and shut the door. I guess my point is that stares can be flattering but also intimidating when it is done so bluntly. It can make people feel as if something is being done to them when in fact it could be a positive experience. |

I can laugh about it now because I'm around you nice people who talk to me and treat me like a person. |

I will probably forever picture you in daisy dukes with a tube top and the chrome shades and ball cap. I would be looking twice....then feel dirty about it. hehehehehehe Well, you never know what might catch the right person's attention....!! |

I love being checked out,
unless he has a stalker look in his eyes... and some do. I check men out all the time. It's one of the beautiful things about being single and unattached. Checking out the beauty of the opposite sex is one of the fun things, it's free and harmless. We all need a boost now and then and beauty IS in the eye of the beholder. |
