My friends wife wanted a treadmill. He pulls her out of bed early and at 7 a.m. he pulls up into the farthest possible parking spot at Academy Sports and Outdoors and gets out of the truck. She asked "What are you doing?" He said "We are here to get your tread mill" She said "You can park closer. I don't wanna walk that far" He said "Get back in the truck" She didn't get the treadmill and has never been dumb enough to pull that weak crap again. Humans are lazy and thoughtless slugs. That is a great story! And an excellent test to find out if his wife intended to use the tread mill. So funny!!! |

I ride a motorcycle but still treat people like I'd like to be treated, but some of the younger (and mayber a few older one's)will park place's they shouldn't,the college near me (WVU) has a special parking lot for biker's and they have to pay to park there so I'm guessing they get a ticket if they park someplace they shouldn't.Maybe more schools should do that.If they park in the handicap space they should get a ticket. nice, i'm usually on a bike as well. what's funny to me is all the nasty looks i get if i park in a regular spot. i have to license the bike, pay the inspection fees, and all taxes just like a car or truck, but if i take up a whole parking spot, sheesh. i try to spot a security guard and ask where to park, or just find a spot out of the way |

Snotty, aren't y'all. There's plenty of handicaps that cannot be seen, young and old. Mom has MS, and while she looks perfectly fine, the heat fricks her up pretty bad. We park in the spot, but if something was forgotten, I will run back out to the car. If you have problems with it, call the cops. They'll take care of it politely, with out all the huffiness. I think you misunderstand we are talking about people who don't have a handicap parking in H. parking. Unless you are saying it is okay? You are confusing the hippie... |

got a cell phone that takes pics? take a pic of the vehicle with the license plate and send it to the police, did that a couple times and the police acutally showed up and gave em a ticket! i waited to see it. couldn't believe it but it did happen. when they arrested her, they pointed out that she could have done serious injury, and she said, "good, i was trying to kill her!" |

I park my bike up on the sidewalk at WalMart where the sidewalk is about twenty feet wide. No one cares. It is out of the way and I don't have to worry about dings. |

My stepdad is one lazy man. . I see who my stepsisters get it from. He's like a real life version of Homer Simpson. He shall not, he shall not be moved. Mum complains to me about him, yet she just moans and lets him carry on with it. I keep telling her to stop being so soft with him then, but oh well, women will be women. :laughs:

Nooo, everyone should have a handicap license plate or tag, if they're gonna park in a handicap spot. My impression from the OP was that unless someone was visibly handicapped, they were probably not really handicapped and were just too lazy to walk. |

Baby...I think they are referring to the thirty year old in her/his pajamas who is running in for a six pack and smokes. No one is griping about your mom. |

I know what you mean, when I go to Wal-Mart I'll see bikes parked at the end of the row next to the front where the yellow lines are near the light poles ( I think that means no parking but no one has said anything about it yet)so I park there so others can park in the reg.spot, haven't got towed yet but still worry about parking there.I don't mind walking I just want to leave a better spot for people in cars and trucks,it would be nice if they had parking for motorcycles at the stores, wouldn't have to be that big and could be in a couple diff. spots. Not illegal as long as there isn't a fire hydrant. I used to park in those spots all the time |

Ive been looking for one of those chairs, that has a azz size hole in it, and is used for a toilet, so I can put it in front of my computer and never have to walk all the way to the bathroom again, when im Mingling.
Than all I need is a small fridge by the toilet chair, and im stylin! Hey, if I stock in some handywipes, that eliminates the shower! Woooo HOooooo! |

Luv...you only bathe every other teusday anyway...but, if you really gotta cut back on that kinda thing, train your dog to lick you. (I got two dogs to do it for me..though after about a week, they ain't that enthusiastic about it.)
It is environmentally friendly and builds the dog's lactose tolerance while conserving my own precious energy. |

one of the biggest misunderstanding about handicap placard is does not give automatic use of handicap parking if handicap person is not driving they are to be dropped off at door and then driver is supposed to park in a regular spot as to leave unaccompanied handicap drivers that need the close parking a handicap spot and if you borrow a car with handicap plate and you park unjustly in a handicap spot the person allowing use of the handicap plate may loose the handicap designation this is also for handicap placard so if your friend or relative abuse your handicap designation they obviously dont care if you loose it n what does that tell you |

To me its' simple; no handicap sign in the window of a car; I call it in and the person is ticketed. I agree though people are lazy and will drive around and around just to park closer to the door of a place rather than walk a few extra feet. Me; I park far away as possible from the door and do that even in -40 below weather.

Don't get me started. People are always complaining about having a job, and don't realize how lucky they are just to have one. Is it really such a big deal to miss a few friday/saturday nights out? The chances are, you won't miss much anyway if you have to work a few weekends, because if you do the same stuff every weekend anyway, there's not much to miss. Why say "Thank god it's friday?". Not like you're gonna die soon. It gets a bit too samey a lot of the time. I don't understand those types who have about three children, and they say they're poor, yet they can afford a sports car, a dog, a widescreen tv, other expensive stuff. Try justifying that. More like there's something dodgy going on. You can't get paid 72 a fortnight, and be able to afford all of that stuff on such little money.
