I joined 4 years ago looking for something.....still don't know what it was......but I made lots of friends..........and well some things happened that caused me to leave for 2 years and now I am back and just here to talk to the friends that I have made. Not really looking for anything.

Great answers! Realistically, I guess we all need stimuli. Knowing someone shares our happiness and disappointments makes us realize we are normal. To have someone take the time to respond shows people care! Just like that first "good morning" greeting of the day...it starts our day off with a smile. LOL..so I guess I need stimuli LOL. I've been very sociable my whole life...but finally decided to try and find a place th at women put the same effort into finding the company of a man without games and not half drunk at some club. I decided my last one I met at a bar and she played a stupid game for 3 weekes then over nite turned on me...obviously cause she met another guy at theclub suddenly more interesting..we didn't even end up friends...sad...but if it doesn't work out I at least want to create friends that will actually be quality human beings and stop pretending u like some one then dispose of them like they weren't human beings...then they wonder why men become jerks.... I'm one of the last gentlemen on the planet but some women have really shown me. They don't deserve my good treatment..hope that changes here. Good to know that there are people like you around. Keep up the good search sir, and your standards, I salute you! :D I have forgotten the reason why I am here. Maybe I just feel happy here. Yes, that must be it :) |

There are several reasons:
1) I like having intelligent and interesting conversations about life and desire stimulating, fun repartee. 2 I recently moved back to my hometown after being away for over a decade and found nobody I grew up with or knew was left and would like to make some new, real friends to share life with. aaaa 3) It's pretty cool to be able to get to know somebody BEFORE ever meeting them and if things click and work out, there's an adventure ahead. 4) People are pretty guarded these days and no matter how much you try, for the most part it's difficult to strike up a convo with anyone these days, so many people are in such a hurry and stressed out, angry and fed up with financial struggles and the problems we're facing in this country. 5) Because I know the other people on here WANT to find people to talk, meet, flirt, etc. It's not my goal to "Start a relationship", no need to force anything, just meeting new people and following where it naturally leads seems to be the best method. I've seen a lot of people on here who say they've been burned in their previous relationship(s). I know what that's like and I'm not in a rush to be in a new one as soon as possible, there's no pressure so it feels more comfortable and it's quite easy to weed out the rotten apples, if you know what to look for and ask the right questions. Thats pretty much it, just "Mingling". |
