There was a hole under the steps in the new room. A black snake had found it and was going to crawl in the room. The hole is no longer there.

Thank you. Went over to Caney at Roger's house. We got the camper bolted down. We got the one lawnmower to start but it wouldn't stay started. Roger is going to get the squeeze bubble replaced. the other mower he is going to weld the frame. Got six bolts in the camper to the bed so it isn't going to fall off. Roger was happy to get his clamps back.

She let me know that she is feeling great and everything went okay. Kathy and JJ are excited about renting my grandmother's old house. Kathy said that they could split the $420 rent so it would just be $210 a piece for them. I am going to Cotter Friday to get JJ for her sobriety birthday for Friday's meeting in Yellville. Mom is having the house painted. Kathy's says that JJ and her will need a ramp since JJ has her electric chair and Kathy has trouble getting up stairs. Mom wanted her treated 4 by 4's for grandma's old house she inherited. Dora when I talked to her said they just needed steps for the old house. Kathy will be moving not even a whole mile away. Kathy said that her and JJ will still need me to open jars. God, I pray that this time they are really serious. I hope Mom lets them rent it.

Called Mom and let her knew that Kathy and JJ wanted to rent from her. Mom said that she thinks she has grandma's old house and property sold to a member of the church. JJ wanted to do a land contract setup with Mom but something must not have worked. Probably because Mom got a better deal with someone who got a loan with the bank. Mom let me know that she just couldn't swing the insurance, property taxes and upkeep on the place. Mom sure has been out a lot of money on fixing up grandma's old place. Mom is going for the sure thing I am sure. I think Kathy is about to give up on JJ. Kathy was counting on JJ to come up on switching her utility deposits accounts. When I was in Kentucky you didn't have to have deposits on utilities.
