I generally just work my butt off. I work like a demon when I am p!ssed off. Cause in the end, every bad day passes on...just like the good days do.

I generally just work my butt off. I work like a demon when I am p!ssed off. Cause in the end, every bad day passes on...just like the good days do. ^^^ Often, the best way to deal with it is to find something to take your mind off it. Work or spending time with friends for a good laugh are just two ways I have dealt with a bad day.

I can't imagine not having anyone to turn to when needed. I always have family and friends around if I need them. Finding something to do that you enjoy is always a good idea. It will take your mind off what's bothering you.

I go for a good endorphine releasing walk. WHAT?! Only if you are walking into bears or walking away from fat hookers. I wanna see the walks you take that will release endorphines.
