do you really teach cooking? I AM naive. Only to people who ask and mostly about BBQ. I don't get paid. Pit repair is this week. I would make a good student...BBQ is on my list Let's start with "cleavage"! is that when you fold the ribs together? Dry rub or wet..what are your favorite spices, beef or pork? m'Lady is calling, need a hall pass and excuse to take a leave...

WHEEEEE!!! actually, I would like to try snails. I was thinking about trying some on the pit. I used to have a snail pan (think really tiny muffins) and I would broil them with butter and garlic. You then dipped your fresh hot french bread in the butter. Yum.

Hoping Hurricane Don isn't to hard on the island. Might blow all the ladie's huts down. They will have to come to the "MAN" caves for saftey.

I don't know why. But clicking my heels and saying "there's no place like home" isn't getting me out of Kansas either. Guess that was a one way trip for Dorothy!
