The BBQ pits are for the cookoff team. We compete for free. be still my heart... would love to know more. We won twelfth in the world this year. We have won as high as seventh. where were they held? Was it on the cooking channel? How many on your team? What was your inspiration to to do this? Fascinating... You must have a day job to be able to afford this. There is no course. If someone asks a question, I answer it. Of course the new cooks get a lot of "pointers". This week is supposed to be BBQ Pit Repair, but the big pit hasn't shown up yet.
