Here. Have a banana!

Oh thanks....no barbque?

nanna and BBQ a good combo.

Have you ever bar b qued a banana?

Actually BBQ nanners are excellent. Peel, cut in half lengthwise, wrap in foil and place on pit or grill. In 20 to thirty minutes they will be yummy. Variations are to pour on a little honey, butter pats, Cinnamon, or Kalaua ... or any mix of the above.

I have just opened the peel, added some yum and put on the grill that way.

The only ones I put directly on the grill are the plantains. The regular nanners get too soft and tend to fall apart.

depends on how long. I've done both.

Right, me too. You wouldn't want to leave a peeled banana on the grill for twenty minutes. We grill pineapple and peaches directly on the grill too for nice little grill-marks and extra flavor. But the bananas we have gotten the most raves about were wrapped in foil to keep the Kuala in and to soften the entire fruit and to help the caramelzation process along. I serve it with Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream.

sounds yum. i made Kahlua this year

I thought about making some but never got around to it. I hear that it is just as good.

I think mine is better, more flavor
but my opinion,

My mother made great pear preserves. We had two hard pear trees. I still eat a canning pear every now and then just for fun. They are hard as a rock!

I found some rhubarb in the store this year, canned a few jars. I am juicing right now, and would love to have some pears and apples..

I haven't juiced in a long time. I have a couple of good machines. I guess I should get off the "all pork diet".laugh
