Life is too short to look for reasons to be offended. Laughter keeps me young. Humour is vital!

In a partner, I look for confidence, imagination, compassion, passion, goals, enough similarities to bring us together, enough differences to keep it interesting.

Nice list.

If you post like a neaderthol, even as a joke, you're likely to catch hell ... I don't think "a very specific person on here" needs to learn anything from me. laugh

By the way I'm willing to bet that the dude that started this post wants to know what woman like because he is part of a romance scam. These are common on these sites the person is always in Nigeria home of the internet scam. A common reoccurrence to identify these people is they always use the term "God fearing" which I hate because I choose to believe in a loving God and not one ready to lay the smack down.

So stay safe people.

You are the first person to admit noticing the same trend. Some scams actually rely on "fear of God" to gain trust and confidence.

On one dating site, I had been there a while when I noticed a sudden rash of profile and contacts which used all the same catch phrases. I checked a few other sites. I saw the exact same thing. You could cut and paste it. Or use a bot program to generate a name with a generic profile. "God fearing" was the most predominant, along with "caring", "trustworthy", and "loyal". It was like a template.

I went to college to study writing. One of the rules (which if you are a writer as noted previously in the thread) is "show, don't tell". Such a template is a classic case of telling rather than showing.

So....what did I do? I reported all of this to the site moderators. Within a week, I saw a drastic decline in profiles using these words or phrases in combination.

What qualities do you really
desire in man

One, only, for starters.

Must have a healthy ego.
And back it up.

Honestly, I have no clue b/c my taste in men gets me in trouble.

I know he can't smoke, no drugs, not overty religious or political and needs to worship me.

Women sure do want a lot in a man but lets turn the tables real quick. Women what do you feel you contribute to a man? We are jerks for sex holding so much importance but if it is the man who; makes the money, protects the family, leads the conversation, plans the dates, make repairs around the house, ect. So what is really left for the woman to provide?

I'd say woman should feel lucky that sex weighs so heavily on the minds of men or else we would all be gay. As unnatural as it sounds really think about it guys. If you take sex and attraction out of the equation all the stuff that would get done if you partnered up with a man.

Women should be happy that men think of them the way they do and love sex so much.

Hmmm....I asked....

he said....I contribute stimulating conversation, income, repairs to the house and yard, food that I grow, laughter, and a sense of joy to his world...and yes...an equal in the bedroom.

I say...he contributes stimulating conversation, income, repairs to the house and yard, food that he grows, laughter, and a sense of joy to my world....and yes...he rocks my world in the bedroom.

Which is most important?

Laughter, joy, conversation, partnership...in everything.

If it was just sex, we'd be bored as all get out with each other by now.rofl

A man who loves God,&knows that love goes a longer way than beauty, sex,&other outward
Features, its goes beyond that, love is also sacrifice, patience, care, communication, compatibility, confidence&faithfulness.Every woman loves to be comfortable, but the basics should be there,

WoW all of a sudden so many women are so independent... It's easy to say you can take care of your self and maybe you can but this is not the average case. If you are an exceptional woman good for you.

Lets break down this list.

Prepares dinner Fast Food
Helps kids with their homework Don't raise stupid kids
Baths and hair wash 10 minutes
Bedtime stories Audio books
Throw a load in the washing machine 30 seconds
Does the dishes Throw away the wrappers 10seconds
Waters the gardens Sprinkler system
Sweeps and washes the Floors Prevention means no cleaning
Puts the laundry in the dryer 30 seconds
Cleans the bathroom after the baths Scrub free spray 2 minutes
Makes lunches for the children Lunch money
Folds the laundry and puts it away 5 minutes

Total Time 18 minutes 10 seconds
Case closed =)
I Like that but you forgot one, sex with her man 2 to 9 min.
