Right here, in the information part of the video: "NOTE; This film had to be reassembled from remaining VHS fragments after an all-out effort was made to block the films release and destroy all extant copies. Every effort has been made to restore it to the original and complete "meant to be broadcast" version." ok, but I Find it as unbelievable and unproven as the author finds the government to be,,,anyone can post a 'note' , still wouldnt make it true VHS? Thats been years ago. Who was it that ordered the destruction of private property being that the piece mentioned that DISCOVERY gave back the money paid for the spot(and would therefore have no right to the physical film)? funny how the WHO is left out of all this enlightening information,,,, I think the better question to ask is WHY? What would be the motive behind such an attempt? It would indicate to me that something was on this tape that they did not want seen. Otherwise, why would they go through the trouble or attempt to? thats true, if EVERY copy was destroyed (which obviously they werent) or if every copy but ONE was destroyed, they could have just been wanting to save their investment from becoming someone elses profit,,, who knows In the first part, just because one copy remains doesn't mean it wasn't attempted to be silenced. Second, ok well two things there. Number one, if they meant to keep a copy anyway, why not air the damn thing to begin with? Number two, if they ever intended to make any money off it, why was the thing never released for profit then some 17 years since it was first made? |

I mean the news is a RATINGS Game, they have SPONSORS who have to get paid to pay them, its about MONEY, not cover ups there is no way for the news to report EVERYTHING going on around the world or even the country, so they have to stick to whats verifiable and/or MOST likely to reel in viewers from the demographic base of their sponsors,,, FOX is most likely to pick peaces that appeal to the untrusting, self proclaimed, 'freedom loving' americans who are quick to fear PBS is most likely to pick pieces that have appeal to 'intellectual' types who seek information and facts to make up their own minds,, etc,,, its really that simple,,, |

I watched the video and then went and looked up the "facts".
The implication that this case led to highest levels of our government is absurd. I read the entire statement given by Alisha Owens and she never once mentioned anyone beyond Omaha. The fact that she went to jail for perjury in this case is not surprising. Her story and the story of the others involved weren't even close to being the same.
