brown sorry to disappoint but blue is the most unusual because it is a double recessive gene any trait that is a double recessive will be more unusual than a D/r or a D/D ot an r/D Then explain why so far we have 6 brown, 8 blue, and 4 hazel. And additionally, totage said: "Another sister of mine has brown eyes, her husband brown eyes, their child, blue eyes." |

Then explain why so far we have 6 brown, 8 blue, and 4 hazel.
And additionally, totage said: "Another sister of mine has brown eyes, her husband brown eyes, their child, blue eyes." The respondents are a self-selected sample, not randomly taken fromt he population, and the sample size is too small to be indicative of anything. Totage`s sister`s dilemma: two brown eyed humans can still each have a recessive blue jean; and these two recessives got passed on down to their issue or offspring. (A side note: In my local sperm bank they are advertising 50% off of offspring in the spring issues of the coming year the whole week. June is typically the least fertile of months, historically. This may be so coz the long hours spent in the season with sowing of the seeds of corn and wheat does not allow the sowing of wild oats.) (That`s A. B. is that most people aim at a May wedding, and the wedding gets done in June or July. This means February births. No questions asked, and none OUGHT to be asked.) |
