as possible as it is for a blind man to fall in love

we dont have to 'see' people to fall in love with who they are inside

so I think its totally possible to fall in love online, however,

its not a good place to gauge if someone is in love with us,,thats best done through interactions in person around them, around their friends, around their family...etc...

Actually it has happened. And I'm sure it has happened to others too. It fully depends on the mood of both, the two people. If it goes right, then love will/can happen! ^_^

I personally don't think so. I believe it's possible to be attracted to the perceived persona of someone on line. But, for me, "love" would require something more substantial than long-distance (and potentially tragically inaccurate) assessments.

We live really close. In the same city. And we might meet up. Yeah i was wondering if it was the person or the idea i was falling for.

Exactly, and I think the only way to really find out is to meet her and see if the feelings persist. Otherwise it's all still hypothetical.

It's been my experience that 89% of the time, the person in real life is nothing at all like the on line persona.

I think anything is possible.
For some you can for others like myself I would have to meet the person and be with them for awhile before I could say I was in love.

i believe you can fall in many things online. but in love, would you really know the awe of a magnificent view were it not for experiencing it first hand? some things need to be in person to know the trueness of it. but, the journey getting there can sure be beautiful in it's own way.

Online can buy you time to get to know someone.
This is assuming all are completely honest of course.
But given that, opportunities are endless.
Love is love, no matter in what manner you acquire it.
It is a gift, unwrapped slowly or ripped apart.

thinking more upon the matter,,,

love can start online, but should probably DEVELOP over personal interactions

I say this, because even online we can only get one side of a person

I debate in these forums and I have been told that I am 'uptight'. That is because of the NATURE of my presence here as someone debating points. In my real life, personal interactions, I am constantly told I am 'laid back'. That is because I am not in an exclusively 'debating' type of environment.

So before falling too deep, its probably best to interact with the person in several different TYPES of environments, online being just one of those.

Feels like love is taking over. I am gonna meet her as many times as i can. If a glass smashed id turn the glass into stars and her face would be the moon.

That's why love scams are still around today. They play on that. Some people are open enough to fall in love without meeting, but I feel that's just foolish now a days. Not to say that it can't be real, but there's a better chance of it not.

I think if your feeling like it's 'love' with someone on line, it's best to meet as soon as possible. The longer it goes on the bigger the fantasy gets...

reality rarely meets fantasy expectations

it's both because through your written communication you are getting to know what she is like on the inside and I think it is possible to form an attachment and feeling of togetherness based on that

facts of life are tho, that it takes the actual meet up to determine if that "spark" is there for a romantic friendship to successfully continue

u can always remain friends if it does not of course but u guys should meet & find out!!!!! how exciting for you!!
