NEW YORK TIME
New York time is (USA Eastern time) GMT-5. CEBU PHILIPPINES the time is: GMT +8 So our time here in New York is exactly 13 hours behind you. In the the summer months the USA uses what's called DST (daylight savings time) and clocks are moved forward one hour making the time difference only 12 hours.
