My sister Laura had a heart attack on an airplane. They made an emergency landing in Dubai. The kept her in the hospital for 7 days.
She was lucky. The clot broke up and went into her lungs. She still has chest pains and is still grounded in Dubai. She is hoping to be cleared to fly home in the next day or so. She is on blood thinners which may ground her longer. At least her husband was with her on this business trip. |

I will be praying for you both, will they let her back on a plane, normally you cannot fly for around 3 months, at least here they dont let you as you have a much higher risk..

She just got home a few minutes ago. She is having some reaction to the medications but is doing a lot better now.
