Not that I'd used it all that often, but it was handy to have.
I have $14 worth of credit to burn up before they ruin it. apt-get purge skype... *sigh* |

I was going to start using Skype shortly but now I gotta wait and see how much Microsoft screws it up.

Ballmer made a (the?) press release that was supposed to assure current skype users not to worry about any changes.
I think he's said stuff like that before, though. If I had a crystal ball here, I wonder what it would say? *wawawawa...wooshwooshwoosh* -cloudy, wavy image coming through- Sign up for the new Micro$soft Internet Phone! I guess that is why Fusion Linux had to drop it and said it wasn't a free release with it in it. I guess it has went the way of Freespire. I like what the podcast, "Going Linux" said about disgruntled Linux users. "We will fix it." I am paraphrasing but it is so true. "Going Linux" is on Distrowatch. You get that many developers involved in a project and something has no choice but to give. Basically they just make something better. Current system is now Linux Mint.
