Thanks! Sitting here in a pool of sweat..hot flashes.. Try black cohosh. My mom had breast cancer twice so my dr went holistic on me.  Seriously, I think I only took it for a few weeks and no more symptoms...ever. Unless senility is a symptom?

Hey hey morning well I just finally finished mine at least I hope so..... I mean come on 10 years of it is long enough my luck it took me the full term time Yeah, it certainly is long enough. Mines been going on about a year on and off. I can't even begin to imagine having a hot flash in the heat of summer here.

I only had them a short time once I started with the St. John's Wort less then a month and they were gone.. I never had all the mood swings and a lot of stuff that comes with it...
