Rob Grant and Doug Naylor - would be in my list for the Red Dwarf books.


Those are excellent, I think they're as funny as Adam's Hitchhiker's Guide series.

I have had Hitchhikers Guide for years now, but don't seem to be able to get in to it. Tried several times. Not sure why, I loved the show..

I've read a few books but my most favorite author is Vikas Swarup... he's the author that wrote Q&A and later they made that book into the movie Slumdog Millionaire. The book was a little different but I Love both the book and the movie

Louis La'mour - especially his Sackett books
Heinlein

I also like Raymond Feist Magician:Appretice series, only series I can equate to LOTR, very high praise indeed

I'm always changing styles and author. Documentary, self help/human nature, murder, sci-fi, true crime, action, mystery....err True Blood.

More of blurb man over author.

Matt Riley is a reliable easy read 'train' novelist which is convenient to fall back on.
