UPDATE: As much as I appreciate all the mail, nudges, and friend requests I've received, I find that I spend most of my time on the Mingle boards. If you haven't tried it, you should! Since my time is limited, now I mostly respond to friends I meet there. So, if I don't respond to your email, please don't take offense...it's nothing personal. 24-year-old Christian woman looking for friends to chat with, both men and women. I like the outdoors, watching sports, playing softball, volleyball, and frisbee golf. The handsome young man in two of my photos is Tristan, my nephew and best buddy. I also like a very wide variety of music, including light rock, pop, easy listening, some country, some clical and instrumental, men's a cappella ch music, and Christian pop, to name a few. Some of the artists I like are Bette Midler, Josh Groban, Shania Twain, Celine Dion, and Keith Urban, again to name a few. For reading, I like both fiction and nonfiction. A few of the authors I like are John Grisham, Tom Clancy, Jeffrey Deater, JRR Tolkien, and Mary Stewart. Doing crafts is one of my hobbies,and I make jewelry, greeting cards and scrapbook pages, pressed flower crafts, such as bookmarks, crocheting, cross sch, and simple crafts with children. Watching movies is something I like to do in the evening. Again, I like many types of movies which include just about anything except for horror films. Some of my favorites are Lord of the Rings, Murder at 1600, Hoosiers, Rudy, Steel Magnolias, While You Were Sleeping, Eight Below, The Sting, Stepmom, The Wedding Planner, Runaway Jury, Princess Bride, Ghost, True Lies, Enemy of the State, and many more. I also like animals and have two dogs: Roxy, my golden retriever and Lucy, my labradoodle. I am in the hospital for a few months for back injury, so I would like to make some chat friends. I do want to marry eventually and have children, but I will have a rather long rehab to go through first, so I've put dating on hold. Right now I have time to chat on the computer,get to know people, and hopefully make some new friends.
