Grits are a Southern tradition. Any self respecting Southerner would not start their day off without grits for breakfast..served with ham, red-eye gravy, fried eggs, pancakes and hot homemade biscuits!And don't forget the pure cane syrup, and tons of butter! Plus gallons of coffee. Of course they wouldn't be able to move after a breakfast like that and their doctors would have a fit.  it's hard on their heart....to move...wait at least a half an our before putting your bathing suit on...don't even try to put a wet one on at that point..it WILL send you over that edge.   Oh...you've tried it too??? does it show..how about tryin to take a girdle off while driving..talk about takin mailboxes out...Jerry is amateur.. I know!!! That is sooooooo hard to do, but it can be done...just not on a freeway...thank God for small towns!! you can get real fancy and do the "Z" down the lane...  you sure can I wonder if Jerry was doing that when he ran over my poor mailbox  maybe that is how he looks so trim... I bet you're right...he was walking funny when he was here He's really out of it, has caught up with this yet...maybe he's repairin mailboxes naw....we've been flipping Topicless...he's been over there...he'll find it and I'll be in trouble again... at least up your percentage With him? My percentage of trouble is always high..

I am having probs with my thyroid...needs a med adjust...I sound like i have smoked everyone's cigars for years....euuuuuuuuwwwick..have to lay down quite often, gained 7 lbs in 2 days..wah wah wah...so I am back to square one again, hoping that when this is all done, I will be recognized...just weary But no real complaints.. |

Did ya'll enjoy your Holiday?? Mine was a good one in that I worked in the garden/yard most of the day. I did have to come in and cool off a half dozen times tho. I don't remember getting this tired/hot just a few years ago! <sheesh>

I was planning on living in my suit again today. Guess that means it's a Special K kind of day. <sigh> Seriously, my mother-in-law (a Texas girl, by the way - at least my kids are not 100% Yankee) used to make a mixed mashed potatoes and grits dish. It was yummy. - guess that doesn't really address the topic "Passion" so I'll just say I'm passionate about many things - I tend to throw myself in heart and soul to most things I do. |

Why walk when you can skip? Why hum when you can sing out loud? You are looking forward to a new opportunity...but rather than just being "interested" in the venture, why not be passionate about it? Get into it wholeheartedly, without reservation and without inhibition. You need to pour yourself into something now. If you do, it will pay great rewards - some of which you can't even imagine. Yes, it will benefit you in some financial or security-related way, but it will also reward you on a deeper level. |
