ok lengthy minglers. i'm back from waco. suzanne has a lap top but it won't load the page when she tries to get on line. the wi fi is connecting, but it won't log on to the net. any ideas

Make sure her wifi router is configured properly.

the wifi is provided by the facility she is in. does the lap top have to be on a certain setting if the wifi is internal or will it automatically pick it up hey stefy. it's a new lap top, no virus i hope

The laptop should automatically pick up the wifi.

she has to go to control panel,network and internet, once there she should check her wireless connection.

yes she has done all that. she has windows, with internet explorer, but it also has google chrome
